Paula Holm

Paula has been with Lane & Bennetts for close to a decade, arriving from an International Company with a respected customer service background. She specialises in Baldock property, and has invaluable knowledge of both Letchworth & Baldock infrastructure, Schools, facilities and organisations. Paula is responsible for our Social media, portal management & communications as well as a Guild property ambassadorial role with our London Mayfair Office.

Paula’s key skills include producing and explaining in depth market appraisal reports, and providing accurate, relevant and optimal figures of property values and marketing strategies.

Paula loves to keep active and is always on the go, so is usually found running, cycling, dog walking or open water swimming. This is to counteract her love for baking, entertaining, eating out and socialising. Or she will be somewhere in the county, sat in the outfield or stood on the sidelines, or in the stands watching my children compete in cricket, football, swimming or water polo! Paula also love volunteering and spends her day off running a support group for new Mummies.
